SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
When you purchase goods from Two Ten Press, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
Digital goods are delivered instantly via email from BookFunnel.com to the email address provided at checkout. If the file is not received, please check your spam folder, or if using Gmail, check your promotions tab.
All preorders will be delivered once the book is live–check the description on the product page for dates.
If you have trouble downloading your book, please reach out directly to Bookfunnel by emailing them at help@bookfunnel.com.
For USA paperback orders, they will ship via media mail and arrival time depends on your location–you’ll receive a tracking number when it is shipped, usually within 3-5 business days after you order.
If you have ordered any physical merchandise other than books, such merchandise will be delivered separately via a third party.
