PAPERBACK BOOKS POLICY

All paperback sales are final—no returns or refunds. If the books are damaged in transit, we will work with you to replace them.We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses and no refunds will be given. However, we will do our best to rectify the situation which may cause delays.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS POLICY

All digital sales are final—no returns or refunds. If you purchased the wrong version and downloaded them, we will provide a refund after you purchase the correct version.

MERCHANDISE POLICY
